All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email (email@example.com) or direct message us on social media (@royalkinksncoils) within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your message we will respond promptly and accordingly to ensure your replacement gets fulfilled. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
We do offer product exchanges on Loc Care products (Oils, Butters, Shampoos, etc.). If you are interested in receiving an exchange on Loc Care products, please contact us with your inquiry.
